If we reimburse you for their services, you must agree to wave your right to reimbursement from another party. If you request the LifeLock guarantee to cover expenses of 1,000 dollars or more, we reserve the right to investigate the incident before we act on your behalf. If we do deny a claim based on our investigation, and we are later proven incorrect, we will reimburse you for the damages you paid in connection to your claim.
